Birmingham UK, 10 April 2024 – UTS and the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the 2024 SportAccord Convention to further expand their partnership advocating to place youth of all abilities at the forefront giving opportunities through sport, education and health. Taking place at Gangneung Oval and PyeongChang Dome simultaneously, the opening ceremony saw cultural performers including K-pop stars performing in front of 10,000 spectators, athletes, and other Youth Olympic Games stakeholders.
